Bastiaan Driessen has been gaining experience in property, financing and hotels through various positions and perspectives since 1990. Education: Economics (Erasmus University Rotterdam), Real Estate Studies (University of Amsterdam) and many courses in tax, legal and general areas regarding commercial property in the Netherlands. Memberships: personal member of RICS, RICS Registered Valuer and listed as a Registered Valuer in the Commercial Property register of Vastgoedcert, as well as in the Commercial Real Estate register, subdivision Larger Buildings section of the Dutch Real Estate Valuators Society (NRVT).
Bastiaan Driessen specializes in hotel valuations and operating property.
Since October 2020, the status of Master Appraiser has also been granted, so that in-company aspiring appraisers can be guided to the appraiser registration.
