Invast Hotels is an expert in the field of hotel valuations in the Benelux countries. During the past decade, we have valued over 600 hotels in the Netherlands alone, with a combined value of over € 4 billion. Every province, every star category and every size and type of hotel were represented in these valuations.
Hotel valuations are carried out for Dutch and foreign hotel operators, investors, banks, local authorities and the national government, among other parties.
Hotel valuations can serve many purposes, including:
- Purchase & sale
- Bank loans
- Rental value
- Tax purposes / financial statements
- Reference rent in line with Section 7:303 of the Dutch Civil code (legal rent review)
In addition to hotel valuations, Invast Hotels is also used as a sparring partner in determining the risk profile and for second opinions by financial institutions such as banks and private equity providers. Thanks to its research and an extensive network both in the Netherlands and abroad, Invast Hotels is able to give a substantiated opinion on complex financing requests from hotels.

Invast Hotels also performs hotel valuations in line with the most recent version of the ‘Commercial Property Regulations’ of the Register of Property Valuers in the Netherlands (NRVT).
